Data Security Notice
This notice explains the safe way to contact Efficient Edge AI and how sensitive information will be handled during potential engagements.

Before an engagement
Initial consultations should contain only a high-level description of the organization, business issue, affected process, urgency, and desired outcome.
- Social Security numbers or government identifiers
- Medical records, diagnoses, claims, or protected health information
- Banking, payment-card, or payroll-account information
- Passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or system credentials
- Production employee files, eligibility files, census files, or individual benefit elections
- Any confidential information you are not authorized to disclose
During a client engagement
If sensitive or confidential information is necessary, the parties must first establish a written scope, confidentiality obligations, data-handling requirements, and an approved exchange method. Efficient Edge AI will seek to limit collection to information reasonably necessary for the engagement.
Our current commitment
Efficient Edge AI uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to its present consulting operations and works to minimize the sensitive information it receives. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or other formal certification unless expressly stated in a signed client agreement and supported by current evidence.
Security concerns
If you believe information has been sent to Efficient Edge AI in error or you need to report a security concern, contact admin@efficientedgeai.com with the subject “Security Concern.” Do not include additional sensitive details in the initial message.
